Edubrains

School management software built for Pakistan

Edubrains

Edubrains is a cloud-based school management system built specifically for Pakistani schools — from small institutions moving off registers to established multi-campus networks. Everything runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install on your computers or phones.

It handles the whole school in one place. Generate monthly fee challans in the three-copy bank format with one click, carry arrears forward between sessions automatically, and apply sibling discounts and late fines. Take period-wise or daily attendance from a phone, and parents get a same-day SMS the moment a student is marked absent — no smartphone required at their end.

On the academic side, enter marks through a fast keyboard-friendly screen, use board-standard grading, and print result cards and certificates ready to hand out. Student profiles run from admission all the way through to alumni, alongside staff records, payroll and payslips, ID cards, and guardian and promotion management.

It also covers the day-to-day: transport, library, assets and inventory, notices, timetables and homework, SMS and WhatsApp-ready messaging with templates and delivery tracking, Excel bulk import with an error preview before anything is saved, and detailed reporting. Bigger schools get multi-campus support, custom user roles, and a white-label option with your own domain.

Every school's records are separated at the database level, not just hidden behind a filter, and every document is print-optimised for A4. Plans are billed per school per month — never per student — starting at Rs. 1,870/month, with a free 14-day trial and no card required.

What it does

Edubrains handles one-click three-copy bank fee challans, automatic arrears carry-forward, sibling discounts & fines, period-wise & daily attendance from a phone, same-day SMS to parents on absence (no smartphone needed), marks entry, board-standard grading & print-ready result cards, certificates, ID cards, payroll & payslips, student profiles from admission to alumni, transport, library, assets & inventory management, SMS & WhatsApp-ready messaging with templates, excel bulk import with error preview, multi-campus support, custom roles & white-label domain and database-level data isolation per school. Every one of those exists because a real customer needed it, not because it filled a gap on a feature comparison chart.

Built for how business works here

It runs in a browser, so it works on any computer, tablet or phone without anything to install, and updates arrive without you having to do anything. It was written in Pakistan for businesses in Pakistan, not adapted from software designed for somewhere else — which is why things like udhaar, local formats and the way our paperwork actually works are built in rather than worked around.

What it costs

Edubrains is Rs. 1,870/month, charged per organisation rather than per user, and that includes updates and support for as long as you are with us. Ask us for a demo before committing to anything. We would rather you saw whether it fits your business than took our word for it, and we will tell you honestly if it does not.

Setup and support

We install it, set it up with your own products, customers and opening balances, and train your staff on it — usually in a single session, because the software is meant to be usable by whoever is standing at the counter, not just by whoever is comfortable with computers. After that you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp. Support comes from our own team in Jhang, in your time zone and your language, not a ticket queue in another country.

Technology

Edubrains is built with Web App, Cloud SaaS, Laravel, PostgreSQL and SMS. We build and maintain it ourselves, which is why customisations are possible where they make sense — tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether it is a small change, a paid one, or something we would rather not do.

No. Edubrains runs in a web browser, so it works on any computer, tablet or phone with internet. There is nothing to install and nothing to update yourself — we handle that.

Yes. There is a full product site at https://edubrains.pk where you can see it in detail, and we will walk you through a live demo on a call — we would rather you saw whether it fits before any money changes hands.

Yes. We set it up, train your staff on it, and stay reachable by phone and WhatsApp afterwards. Support is from our team in Jhang, in your own time zone and your own language — not a ticket queue in another country.

Often, yes. We build the software ourselves, so changes are possible where they make sense for more than one customer. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether it is a small change, a paid customisation, or something we would rather not do.
