A Jhang software house that decided to teach
Founded in 2022 by Arshad Ali, Innobrains Technologies builds production software for businesses across Pakistan — and runs an IT academy training the next generation of developers, designers and marketers.
Who We Are
Built in Jhang, working across Pakistan
Innobrains Technologies was founded in Jhang in 2022 by Arshad Ali — a software house building real business systems for real companies. Inventory and point-of-sale platforms, school and institute management, custom ERP and web applications: software that had to survive contact with real users on day one, because the client had a business to run.
The company grew out of Jhang, and it stayed here. In 2026 we opened our IT academy to train people the way we wished graduates had been trained. We kept meeting computer-science students who could describe an algorithm but had never used version control, never deployed anything, never worked to a brief. The gap was not intelligence — it was that nobody had shown them what the job actually looks like. So we started teaching it in Punjab, instead of asking students to move to a bigger city for a decent tech education.
Our instructors are the same people who write our client code — not full-time trainers working from a fixed curriculum. What we ship on Friday is what gets taught on Monday, and the two halves of the company keep each other honest. That is the whole idea behind Innobrains: a software house that teaches, and an academy that ships.
