Who can see your information

Access is restricted by role. Students see only their own records. Instructors see academic information for students in their own batches, and never financial records. Accounts staff see financial records only. Administrators have broader access as required to run the academy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Documents you upload

Documents such as CNIC copies and photographs are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. They can only be retrieved through an authenticated, authorised request.

How long we keep your information

Academic and financial records are retained for as long as required to maintain a complete institutional record, including for certificate verification after you graduate. Enquiries and unsuccessful applications are retained for a shorter period.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Write to us using the contact details on our contact page.
