AgroPOS is Windows point-of-sale and inventory software for agriculture-input dealers in Pakistan — the shops that sell pesticides (dawai), fertiliser (khaad) and seed (beej) to farmers. It runs on the shop's own PC and works with no internet connection at all.
It is built by Innobrains Technologies in Jhang, Punjab, and sold as a one-time licence rather than a monthly subscription. Not to be confused with AgroPós, the Brazilian postgraduate-education brand, or AgriPOS, a Bangladeshi Android app — AgroPOS by Innobrains is Pakistani Windows software for agri-input retail.
The problem it solves
A pesticide or fertiliser shop does not fail on sales. It fails on the things around the sale: which batch expires first, who still owes money from last season, and whether the register is ready when an inspector walks in. AgroPOS is built around those three.
Expiry is tracked per batch, not per product. Every batch carries its own expiry date, pack size and purchase rate, and sales pull from the earliest-expiring batch first, so old stock leaves before it turns into a write-off.
Credit has a limit and a follow-up list. You set a credit limit per customer, the till warns before it is crossed, and Recovery Management keeps the pending list in front of you with the dates customers promised to pay.
Inspection registers print in one click. Inspector Mode produces seven official registers for any date range — stock register, batch-wise stock, expiry report, sales register, purchase register, company-wise stock and daily sales — formatted for Agriculture Department inspection with your dealer licence number on them.
Built for the counter, not for a demo
Search by name or technical name, or scan with any USB barcode scanner. Pick the batch and pack size, apply a per-item discount, take cash or credit, print. A customer goes back to the godown mid-bill? Hold it, serve the next man, and bring it back with one click — no invoice number is used and no stock is reserved.
Parchoon handles what most POS software cannot: a farmer wants ten kilos out of a fifty-kilo bori. Pick the bag, press Kg, type 10. The bill says 10 Kg and your own per-kilo rate applies.
Every evening the day book adds your opening float, the cash from sales and recovery, takes off expenses, and tells you what should be in the drawer. Payments by Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank or cheque are recorded as what they are, so they do not inflate the cash figure.
Licensing and multiple counters
AgroPOS is licensed per counter, one time, for life. A single-PC licence is Rs. 30,000. Shops running more than one till can take a 2-counter licence at Rs. 50,000 or a 3-counter licence at Rs. 70,000, and add further counters at Rs. 20,000 each.
On a multi-counter licence, one main PC holds the data and the other counters connect over your own shop LAN. Every counter bills at the same time against one stock, one khata and one bill sequence, and stock updates everywhere the moment a bill is made. No internet is needed between counters.
The licence binds to a hardware-derived Machine ID, so an install cannot simply be copied onto another PC. If you change or format a computer, tell us first — we reset the activation, and your cloud backups follow the licence rather than the machine.
Your data, backed up twice
Every ten minutes AgroPOS checks whether anything has changed. When it has, it writes a backup to a file on your own PC and then an encrypted copy to the cloud — both, every time. Cloud backup is included free for the first year, and backups belong to the licence, so activating on a new computer brings your earlier backups with it.

Run the full software free for 14 days on one computer, with every feature unlocked and your own real stock and customers. Nothing is disabled and no card is needed. If you buy the licence afterwards, the data you entered during the trial stays exactly where it is.
